Payment and Funding Options
We believe you deserve full clarity on your total cost before committing to any service, without any surprises down the line. Our payment structure is transparent: we only quote fees after your fit review is complete, we collect zero payment before the scope is fully confirmed in writing, and we always keep your ad spend strictly separated from our service fees.
How Service Fees Are Structured
Portcast service fees are determined after fit review, not before. Fees are scoped and quoted after fit review confirms your situation qualifies. No payment is collected before scope and fees are confirmed in writing. Fees cover account access support, account management, creative, influencer marketing, media buying, and reporting as agreed in scope. Payment method fees are borne by the client as disclosed during scope confirmation.
Quoted After Fit Review
Fees are scoped and quoted after fit review confirms your situation qualifies.
Written Confirmation
No payment is collected before scope and fees are confirmed in writing.
Scoped Coverage
Fees cover account opening support, campaign management, creative support, and reporting as agreed in scope.
Processing Fees
Payment method fees are borne by the client as disclosed during scope confirmation.
Ad Spend Is Separate from Service Fees
Portcast operates on a prepaid wallet model for service fees. Your team sends a prepayment. Portcast loads it into your wallet. Your dashboard shows wallet balance, account status, and spending. Your team allocates balance across accounts freely. Ad spend is handled separately — your team pays platforms directly from your own payment methods. Portcast does not take a percentage of ad spend as part of the service fee:
You Manage Your Ad Spend
You pay ad platforms directly from your own payment methods.
Direct Platform Funding
Portcast never receives or holds your ad funds.
No Spend Markups
Portcast does not take a percentage of ad spend as part of the service fee.
Separate Invoicing
Ad account payment methods remain under your control at all times.
This separation ensures there is no ambiguity about who controls your advertising budget.
Payment Methods Accepted
Payment methods for service fees are confirmed during scope discussion with your AM. Portcast accepts multiple payment methods including HSBC transfer, Payoneer, PayPal, Airwallex, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), WorldFirst, PingPong, and ACH. Each method carries a disclosed fee that is passed through at cost — Portcast does not mark up payment processing.
01. Payment method options
Payment method options are confirmed by your AM during scope discussion. Methods vary by situation and market. Your AM will advise on what is available for your case.
02. Payment method fees
Payment method fees (if applicable to your chosen method) are disclosed separately by your AM before payment is made. You will know the full cost before committing.
03. Payment timing
Portcast does not accept payment before scope and fees are confirmed in writing. Your AM will confirm payment timing during the scope discussion.

Refund and Cancellation Terms
Portcast does not guarantee account approval, reinstatement, or specific advertising outcomes. Refund and cancellation terms are documented and explained by your AM before any payment is collected:
01. Cancellation terms
Cancellation terms are specific to each scope agreement and disclosed before payment.
02. Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
03. Fees for work delivered
Because Portcast does not guarantee platform outcomes, fees for work already delivered are non-refundable.
04. Service agreement terms
Review the full service terms before committing. All agreed terms are documented in writing.
Service Terms & Agreements
Review the full legal terms governing service agreements, including our standard terms, conditions, refund policies, and user agreements.
What Happens If the Account Is Not Approved
If an account opening is not approved by the platform, Portcast reviews the situation with you and discusses alternatives. Because Portcast does not control platform approval decisions:
Pre-Screening
Fit review already screens for known non-fit signals before scope is agreed.
Post-Denial AM Consult
If approval is denied after scope confirmation, your AM discusses next steps based on the specific situation.
Work Delivered Fees
Service fees for work already completed are subject to the refund and cancellation terms disclosed before payment.
Platform Limitations
Platform outcomes are not guaranteed, and this is documented before any engagement begins.
Onboarding Workflow
See how onboarding works and what steps are taken to verify eligibility before payment is collected.
