How Portcast Onboarding Works
We understand that onboarding with a new agency can feel uncertain when you do not know what comes next or how long each step takes. That is why we follow a strictly documented, step-by-step onboarding sequence from your initial fit review to the first delivery. Every stage completes before the next begins, so you always know exactly what to expect and what we need from your team.
Portcast Onboarding Process — Step by Step
Submit Quote Request
Fill out the contact form or contact your AM. No documentation required at this stage.
Fit Review
Portcast reviews your vertical, situation, and needs. Takes one to two business days. This step has no cost — you do not pay to have your situation reviewed.
Scope and Fee Confirmation
If qualified, Portcast confirms scope, service fees, and timeline in writing before any payment is collected.
Documentation Collection
Business registration and related documents are collected after fit is confirmed, not before. Your AM provides a checklist based on your platform and service type.
Work Begins
Portcast starts account opening support and any agreed operational services. Your AM is your ongoing point of contact throughout.
Delivery and Review
First delivery is completed and reviewed with your team. Account delegated to your Business Manager. Your AM defines the next-step cadence for ongoing support.
What You Need to Prepare
During the fit review stage, no documentation is required. You only need to describe your situation, industry, and advertising needs to your AM.
At Fit Review
No documentation required at fit review stage. You only need to describe your situation, industry, and advertising needs to your AM.
Business Registration
Business registration documentation matching the legal entity for account registration is collected after fit is confirmed.
Identity Verification
Platform account details required for account opening (Business Manager ID, if applicable). Your AM will specify what's needed.
Payment Method
Confirmation of advertising vertical and compliance standing, if relevant. All documentation is handled through a secure channel with your AM.
Timeline Expectations
Portcast provides timeline ranges rather than fixed dates because actual timelines depend on platform response times and your specific situation. Platform approval timelines are outside Portcast's control:
01. Fit review timing
Typically completed within 1–2 business days of submitting your request. Your AM will provide a more specific estimate based on your situation.
02. Scope and fee confirmation
Can be completed in the same AM conversation or within one follow-up, depending on complexity.
03. Documentation collection
Depends on how quickly you can provide complete documents. Your AM will advise on required items and timing.
04. Account opening and activation
Depends on platform and situation. Portcast does not publish fixed timelines because they depend on platform review processes outside our control. Your AM will give you a realistic estimate for your specific situation.
Payment & Fees
Review how fees are structured, when payment is taken, and what payment methods are accepted. Portcast requires scope agreement before any payment transaction.
Ready to check if your situation qualifies?
Describe your platform and account situation. Your AM will review fit and confirm the next step — no payment before scope is confirmed.
